Please complete the enquiry form below and we will process your request usually within 24 hours if not sooner. You will receive confirmation of the available dates and we will send out a hard copy of the completed booking form made here for signature that you agree with our standard terms and conditions of business that will accompany the form.
25% of the total Charter Fee is requested upon booking as a non refundable deposit and must returned to us within 7 days or your preliminary dates will not be held. We are happy to move your dates if it becomes necessary up to 1 month prior to departure free of charge. Within 1 month will result in cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.
After your completed form has been received by us, we will confirm your booking back to you in writing together with joining instructions, request for waterproofs and sizes, crew information forms etc.
The FULL Charter Fee amount is payable 1 month before departure and the Security Deposit paid at least 7 days prior to departure. Provided there has been no loss or damage to the Yacht, its inventory or gear, the security deposit will be refunded within 14 days.
We operate a Self Check Out (SCO) declaration form system that allows the Yacht normally due back at Sun 17.00 to be returned by Mon 09.00 (Allows extra overnight or late back if needed). Please indicate your preference at the time of booking and confirm on departure. Otherwise, 2 hours advance notice of return to berth is required.
